The best Client Success Managers work to solve client problems before they can happen. At Main Street MarTech, that means our CSM’s provide maintenance and 1st-tier tech support as well as ongoing needs assessment and quality assurance.
You’ll build strong relationships with our clients so that you are personally vested in the success of their business, understanding which of our tools and services are best suited to helping them achieve their goals at any given time in their lifecycle with us.
As both a salesperson and support professional, you’ll be the primary contact for your assigned clients. You’ll also be the project manager for any of the projects we outsource on their behalf.
You’ll check in with them regularly to assess their ongoing needs and cheer them on as you observe their successes – whether we power those results or not.

Training is mandatory and paid. We offer competitive hourly compensation along with generous sales commissions on top of your hourly rate whenever you bring in new clients. This is a part-time position, but full-time salaried positions with benefits are built into our core growth strategy.
